Return and exchange requests

Contact us within 30 business days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Include your order number, the reason for the request, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will provide the return instructions and assess eligibility.

Return condition and shipping

Please keep the item, accessories and packaging where possible. Do not return an item until you have received instructions. We cover return shipping for eligible returns. Please follow the instructions provided by our support team.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, an approved refund is generally processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your portable mini projector arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
